healthy diet (look it up)
sleep — 8hours a day and go to bed before 10:30 consistently
if u have stuff to do on weekends like parties… do it as much as possible b/c sleep in these secified times will fix it
I don’t know of any product. But it’s important to cut down on the salty foods and drink lots of water to flush out toxins from your body. Get plenty of sleep. Also see if there might be a problem with your pillow. Maybe it’s too soft or inflexible. Buckwheat pillows are excellent for keeping the overall body aligned.
Also, don’t smoke or drink. Stop alcohol at least until the circled get better.
