There is no one click “add wrinkles” function, but what you could do is take an old person’s face and superimpose it with transparency over a young person’s face. That would add wrinkles. It would work better if you cut the eyes nose and mouth out of the old person’s face first so the likeness will not change, except for the wrinkles.
