When I first started working out, I gained muscle pretty quickly, and now I have huge stretch marks on my shoulders. Is there anything that can get rid of them?

Sadly, nothing can get rid of stretchmarks, but there are many ways you can help reduce the appearance of them. I would suggest Bio-Oil. I have been using it myself on my stretchmarks and some scars and I could honestly see a difference within two weeks – they were less visible. You must use it twice a day for at least three months as stated on the bottle. It is non-greasy and all you have to do is massage it into your skin. It might not work the same for you as it has for other people, but you’ll never know unless you try. Good luck :)
