Cocoa Butter doesn’t help fade stretch marks. It can help PREVENT them in the first instance but once they are there, it has very little use in removing them.
Stretch marks are caused when the skin is stretched and torn during periods of quick growth. (Puberty, pregnancy, body building etc)
It is a lack of collagen in the skin which means that the stretch marks show up, as the skin is thinner and less plump than the surrounding area. To get rid of the stretch mark, you need to increase collagen levels.
Collagen is produced naturally by everybody. When you cut yourself, your skin manufactures it to heal the gap in the skins surface.
One way approaching this then is by using a Dermaroller. These devices are a form of collagen induction therapy and can be used at home. Results take up to a month to show so it might not be the fastest (Still quick tho) but in terms of cost, it’s much much cheaper than going to a beauty clinic or some other approach.
Good Luck

Hi
Don’t despair, help is on the way.
Here is a product from Revitol Skin Care Product which is a evolutionary new cream to be used as a preventative treatment for stretch marks before, during and after pregnancy (oops!, it is the same, big stomach become small).
This Stretch Mark Prevention cream will also help to reduce the appearance of existing stretch marks! It promotes healthy skin, helps increase production of collagen and elastin in the epidermis. It increases the elasticity and strength of the skin, effectively prevents the development of stretch marks. It keeps skin healthy and firm. Finally, it Is easy to apply.

Oh sweetie, sadly there is no fast way to get rid of stretch marks, but luckily they are such a natural thing to have so no one should judge you for having them. If they have gone white, they are now scars so the best thing to get is a scar treatment cream.
