Many anti aging products and treatments and many moisturizers are skin harming, skin aging and pose health hazards(check with a Google). In France they have pulled many products from market because of cancer causing concerns. I have had really dramatic benefits from using only essential oils but found that what is more important is how they are used and for what purpose. I find that many of us believe just applying oils, cremes, etc. to skin are going to have dramatic effect and skin product makers have you think that too. They have little or no benefit and you also can confirm with a Google
Essential oils are only beneficial if properly massaged into skin. Massage can totally transform a sick, blemish plagued skin into a radiant, glowing, totally flawless, healthy skin in a very short time -.and if used properly they can stop skin aging and reverse any damage. And for a great deal less money than those harmful products
Face muscles, like any muscles, if not exercised or conditioned, weaken and face will sag, skin loses its tightness and lines and wrinkles form. Quite vigorous massaging does the exercising. There is no pulling or stretching of skin as you have to tighten skin where massaging by tightening the appropriate face muscles. The skin will also be firmed, smoothed and conditioned by massage. See my B.A.’s for detailed info how to tighten skin for massaging and precise massage techniques. If done consistently massage can keep face and skin looking youthful and healthy for many years. I have seen this treatment make someone look years younger and I have testimonials from happy users. Some answers also give specific treatments how to greatly lessen wrinkles, lines and crows feet and largely prevent others forming.

Hey, if you want to spend your money on anti-wrinkle creams thats fine, they won’t harm your skin and will help keep it soft and moisturised, however, you are not getting a head start on younger looking skin. Anti-wrinkle creams have a proven TEMPORARY effect, they do not permanently change your face, if you watch the anti-wrinkle cream adverts carefully they do declare this at the bottom of the screen in small print. If you want to keep your skin looking young, eat healthily, drink lots of water, stay out of the sun and don’t smoke. They are the best things to do to stay looking youthful, hope this helps.

Yes, you are a bit young, I am 45 and I still do not use anti-wrinkle face cream, my skin is still on the oily side especially when it is hot and humid out.
People think I am in my thirties, so I guess I am doing something right.
If your skin is on the dry side, just use a good moisturizer, and when you get in your thirties, if you think you need something then do so.
Get a good sunscreen, use it daily even in the winter, avoid the sun as much as possible, and you will be good, also, notice your mom or aunts how they aged and that will a good idea on how you age and when you should use anti-wrinkle creams.

That’s actually a perfect time to start using and as for “prevention” methods as well. The younger you are after the age of 18 (before that age, products may be too heavy and are not mean’t to work well on your skin during your teens) to start using anti-aging products the better, so later on you won’t have to worry so much about your face or having to result to Botox injections and etc. Sunscreen in your daytime moisturizer is the best prevention you can find at a younger age. I started when I was 20, and now at 21 still trying to see which is the right anti-aging lotions and system are right for me. I’m currently starting to use Cindy Crawford’s skin care line “Meaningful Beauty” age maintenance system (have these lines under my eye that I want to get rid of & to minimize my pores). It’s more of a system to diminish the signs of aging but as well as for prevention methods as well. Remember always give anti-aging moisturizers about 2-3 months to see any actual real or dramatic results. What were you on planning on trying if you don’t mind me asking? Hopefully I was of some help, I’m a huge skin care fanatic on anti-aging & get very concerned with my own skin as well (and I’m a guy).

You are never too young to take care of your skin so I would suggest you use a real good moisturizing cream and that will keep your skin young and healthy, I have been using Olankas moisturing cream and have been very satisfied.

You might want to try another kind of skin regime better suited to preserving age than preventing advancing age. There are some relatively inexpensive systems which can really help with daily cleansing, moisturising and masks.
take a look at granny
then take a look at that mirror
see a difference?
ur a tad young for that. i bet you dont have any wrinkles:)
be prepared for young skin when the hip goes out
