Use cocoa butter, and consume foods rich in antioxidants and amino acids. Foods rich in antioxidants prevent free radical damage to cells, which cause depletion of protein, cancer and surprise: wrinkles. Asian and African cuisine already has these! This is why we look so young! GuRL, you have

nothing to worry about. Excercise on a regular basis, get 7-9 hrs of optimum sleep, have a stress free lifestyle, drink lots of water and green tea. Pomegranate is a great fruit to eat, too! Eat green all the time! (^_^) Use 100% cocoa butter stick on your face nightly and get spa treatments / steam your face. AVOID harmful skin lightening/brightening products as they cause wrinkles and skin cancer AND DO GET HEALTHY sun exposure! Don’t overdo it and don’t underdo it. You still need some sun in your life. :) Use UV sunscreen protection 50spf, and please do get healthy sun exposure. 15 minutes is healthy. Sun exposure every week is good. The sun provides vitamin D synthesis in your skin. You need this to stay young, too. Vitamin D helps maintain a healthy immune system and regulates HEALTHY skin cell growth / reproduction.

use moisterizer, and stay out of the sun. Many moisterizers and makeup nowdays have a small SPF that’s okay as long as your not sitting out in the sun for a while

Stay out of the sun, and try to keep all expression out of your face(laugh lines, worry lines, frown lines). In other words don’t have a life.

Stay out of the sun and out of tanning beds. Use a good quality moisturizer every day and try not to squint your eyes.

Never go out in the sun – with or without SPF screens. Drink lots of water. Don’t lose weight. Do this and you’ll have a wrinkle-free face for a long, long time. Of course, you will also have a very dull life, but if that’s what you want, that’s how to get it.

Moisturize and don’t tan (sun/tanning bed). Never pull your skin when applying make up and just as a fact, people with oily skin will never get wrinkles.

You need a good skin care regimen. Cleanse, tone, and moisturize twice a day. Use products that are more on the natural side. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week to remove dead skin cells. If you can find a serum or eye cream that you love, that would help prevent wrinkles too. Also, 90% of aging is due to the sun – 10% is natural – keep out of the sun and wear really good sunscreen. Research says not to go above a 30 SPF because it doesn’t make much difference and adds a lot of chemicals to your skin and bloodstream.

do not have too much facial expression as this creates and maiantains lines. Use a good moisturiser and good sun protection (30 plus). Get a peel once every two years (eg Jessner). dont use too much soap or hot water. Dont drink too much and dont smoke. Eat nuts except peanuts, fish and olive oil. relax.
