dont!! it will clog your pores and u will get acne! but go ahead and put it on your body, its good for the skin. and no, u will not get hairy from using almond or coconut oil. lol
Many oils are actually great for your skin! Jojoba oil and squalene oil are common ingredients in many moisturizers. But, how your skin reacts the the oils (i.e. whether or not they will cause breakouts) is very individual.
Personally, my acne prone skin has no problem with oils, but I know other people who are acne prone would think oils = breakout city!
This has a list of oils for acne-prone skin:http://skinacea.com/faq/a11_bestoils.htm
As for oils promoting hair growth, I think you may want to look into castor oil. It’s used in a lot of eye lash “grow” products because it stimulates hair growth. You may have to use it for awhile to see results and you’ll probably get some sort of hair growth (even if it is minimal) wherever you apply it.
Hope I answered what you were trying to ask…. =)

people with naturally oily skin are less prone to wrinkles and lines. but i dont know if putting oils on your skin will decrease chances of wrinkles. but i know that certain oils can clog pores.
dont put anything like that on your face it clogs your pores and makes your face greasy. use a face lotion made for your face.
and most likely it wont make your hair grow.
These oils will definately not make you grow facial or body hair.
