Well it might be because you either under slept or over slept. Putting a really cold spoon on your eye while its closed will make the dark circles go away but that only works for some people.
Take a morning off, cut some cucumbers, close yours eyes with the cucumber on it and wait for like 10 min. And the dark circles should be gone.
well, you should take vitamins and make sure you get enough rest. Go to your make-up counter like clinique or MAC and ask them the best way to cover them up. Some people just have them

The best thing you can use is Artistry’s Eye replenishing cream. It’s for dark circles and puffiness and it’s completely guarenteed to work or they’ll give you all of your money back. You can’t buy it in any store but you can get it at http://www.adrennan.qhealthbeauty.com and just type eye cream in the search box. You’ll be able to read all the info on it and even buy it if it sounds like what you are looking for. Hope this answered your question

I think it’s important to really understand the causes of you dark circles before trying to treat the dark circles. My friend has serious dark circles and her dark circles are improving by following the information provided by http://www.darkcirclesundereyescure.com

Dark eye circles – Treatments and Remedies
1. Powdered fenugreek and milk are said to tackle dark circles. Apply a paste of fenugreek mixed in milk on dark circles in the night. Wash off in the morning and watch dark circles vanish for good.
2. Freeze grated cucumber. Massage the grated cucumber ice cubes on the eyes.
3. Soak cotton wool in cucumber juice or potato juice & apply around the eyes.
4. For eye puffiness, any tea bag (herbal is better, especially eyebright), slightly cooled, placed on the eyes while you rest.
5. To lighten dark circles under your eyes, wrap a grated raw potato in cheesecloth and apply to eyelids for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
6. The best overall eye tonic is eyebright (an herb). Make a tea of it and either use the teabags or soak cotton balls or soft gauze in the tea and apply to eyes as a compress while lying down.

Try taking a potato and a juicer. Use the juicer like you would with a lemon, only with the potato. Take the juice (it’ll be about a tsp, but that’s plenty) and mix it with about a tsp or less of heavy cream. Soak a cotton ball with this mixture and pat under your eyes.
Do this everyday, it should help. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep and plenty of water! Those are key things that’ll help also.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known. http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com/2006/11…
If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off. Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com/2007/01…
To hide dark circles, you can use YSL concealer or salmon concealer..http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com tips on how to reduce dark circles, the causes of dark circles, home remedies; eye creams reviews, make up tips, and natural healer.http://www.cleansecolonblog.com Cleanse Colon Blog writes about colon cleanse home remedies and review colons cleanse products.
