I am worried about wrinkles I guess because I just turned 24 Im freaking out from the thought of getting older. What is good to use on my face to prevent getting wrinkles early? I already know I should eat right stay out the sun and drink water.. But I never see any thing advertised to prevent wrinkles when you have none. If anyone knows of something good I can start using now Id appreciate it. Thanks for your help!! :)

Drink lots of clear liquids and stay out of direct sun, smile lots and never frown as frowning causes wrinkles. Let me give you a facial massage daily as I am a fan of yours, colin.

Eat the right foods, drink plenty of water and take vitamins. The right skin care is also very important.. If you are interested in product reviews check out my 360 page..
If you are interested in personal experience ~ I use Mary Kay and I love it. The entire line has done wonders for my face. Forehead lines have vanished, lines around my lips, vanished. I love it.. For a girl with oily skin, I especially love how I feel like I am not wearing a thing….

Well,, why people have wrinkles or in an other word: what cause the skin to age??(by the way, there i no relation between skin agging and the age of a person,, we still can have agging of the skin ,even we are young)
UV is the strongest reason of that, smoking and lack of nutrition..
well, u know it all, but I will recommend some things in your nutrition : Cod liver oil, which is vitamin A+D ,, not only it is very useful for the skin generally, hair, nail but also for the immune system.. you can have that, everyday as you can ,,
then we try to have a very strong antioxidant, not in form of pills,, well one of the best ways is to drink Green tea,, (if u can also white tea is better) not only green tea is a very strong antioxidant , but protect from cancer, (lung , breast), regulate the weight and good for Stopping certain neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s,,Treating multiple sclerosis ,Preventing the degradation of cell membranes by neutralizing the spread of free radicals (which occurs during the process of oxidation).
Reducing the negative effects of LDL cholesterol bad cholesterol by lowering levels of triglycerides and increasing the production of HDL cholesterol good cholesterol.
Increasing fat oxidation (helps the body use fat as an energy source) and raising metabolism. Use the bags after using them while being warm to make face mask ,, it is really effective
Red tea ,( rooibos) is also very useful to drink,,,
Tomato, and watermelon are also very good for the skin (well I prefer the water melon for many reasons)
Smile always as when you smile the face muscles are relaxed ,, so you do not develop these terrible expression lines,,,,(well be happy it is good for health generally),, stress can even develop serious disease for the skin (like lupus),,
Make up wise I will suggest (actually you are young) only a very good product ,,it is kanebo sensal lotion http://www.kanebo.com/ ,,,,wear it daily,, and twice a week use kanebo silk peeling powder to remove dead cells and kanebo sensal mask to relax the face skin ,,use as less as you can make up ,,,so your face can breath,,,,

It sounds like you’re on the right track, eating healthy, wearing sunscreen and drinking water.
There are some products out there that are designed to help PREVENT wrinkles and damage. Avon’s Anew Retroactive Youth Extending cream will help protect your skin against future damage.

you have to stay healthy on the inside to look good and stay young on the outside.
eating right includes colorful fruits and veggies, fish , avocadoes and other sources of healthy oils like olive oil.
always use sunscreen and moisturize your skin.
later maybe you can use stronger creams after consulting a dermatologist like retin a , research proved it’s usefulness in helping with looking youthful
exercise everyday and try to stay a healthy weight and avoid too much weight change
don’t smoke or stay around smokers
don’t grimace a lot , wear sunglasses etc. to prevent expression lines
get enough sleep every night
avoid stress
you know the basics which will usually keep most wrinkles away

What you are doing now is a great start in prevention of wrinkles. You should also avoid rubbing your eye area to much, as this is the most sensitive area on your face, as well as the thinnest. Always wash and moisturize your face every night and morning. Exfoliating 2x a week is also great. You are on the right track as far as everything else goes, like staying out of the sun and make sure you use SPF. and drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. The other thing that works great is if you have soft water, its so much more gentle on your skin and your hair. My mother and father have used soft water all their life and since I have moved out, I see a difference in my skin and hair compared to theirs. Their hair is shiny and their skin is so soft and clear, they look younger than most parents. They are told this all the time. Have a water expert come over and show you the difference in both soft and hard water test, it really makes a difference. If you don’t have time for this, then I would say you are on the Right path to wrinkle free skin. But really look into the soft water, you will be amaze. Another thing you have to remember, as we age, are skin becomes more thin and saggy, so doing facial exercises will help too. Don’t smoke or drink, that also contributes to wrinkles. I hope I helped you.
