I’m only 14 and I have dark circles under my eyes. I can’t figure out why. I’m pretty healthy and I don’t think they’re genetic.
What can I do to get rid of them? I need suggestions on some inexpensive creams that might help.
Should I go to the dermatologist to get them checked out?
