I just found out I was pregnant and I want to prevent stretch marks. What is the best product out there?

I got stretch marks during pregnancy and it seems they are getting worse even 8 months after. Any suggestions? My scar is from a c-section.

My dog has real bad red irritation between her wrinkles on her face. Wiping with a wash cloth doesn’t seem to help as much. It gets really irriated, really fast. I feel like her irriation needs Neosporin or something?
